Our Top quality objective is "ZERO" error on all our diagnostic services.
Apart from thousand things we do to achieve ZERO ERROR reports, one of the most important thing we do is participate on External Quality Assurance Program.
More than 6000 labs are participating in this program.
In brief:
1. We get a sample from India for 12 months.
2. We do not know its results.
3. We run the test on these samples for Sugar, Cholesterol, Uric acid, Kidney function test, liver function test, etc etc.
4. We submit the results of our test on-line within a deadline.
5. All 6000 participant labs do the same.
6. Then we get the results of our Reports on our accuracy.
7. We also get the report of our accuracy compared to all 6000 labs.
8. Any deviation is then analysed and corrective actions taken.
This gives us confidence on are we really achieving the ZERO REPORTS as evaluated by External Lab.




Apart from this, we run internal quality control before each test of every patient everyday, with samples that we receive from Germany that has normal values and abnormal values. If our result is within the range then only we perform the test of our patients.
